We wish to make you aware that the service has experienced printing issues which has caused delays with letters reaching patients and potential duplication for which we apologise. This is now resolved and sending of letters will resume as normal. Patients will receive letters within the normal timeframe of 3-5 working days. If you receive a letter in the post for a past appointment there is no requirement to contact us if you have attended or rescheduled your appointment. If you receive a letter that requires you to make contact please follow the communication, unless since the date of the letter you have been contacted via email, SMS or by phone.

If you have received a letter for an appointment that you were not aware of and so have not been able to attend as the appointment date has already passed, please contact our team to reschedule this.

Our team will support you to ensure you have the most relevant information. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and we thank you for your patience.
