Accessing Dickson House

Please be aware there is external building works to the building to replace unsafe cladding. This unfortunately means there is extensive scaffolding on the whole building. The entrance from the train station end is still available but is only accessible via an enclosed pathway through the building work. To avoid this, we recommend parking in Festival place (floor 1) and walking across the bridge which takes you directly to our entrance. The work has been organised by the landlord not by Circle Integrated Care. We apologise for any inconvenience, but this work is a legal health and safety requirement.

Accessing Dickson House via Car:

We recommend that you park in Festival Place - Purple Area Level 1. Park the opposite end to Tesco/Metro Bank and that brings you out near the Pedestrian Bridge to Dickson House. Walk across the bridge and Dickson House entrance is on the left.

There is some parking available under Dickson House. However, there are only 15 short stay (60minutes) parking spots for 5 different medical services, parking anywhere else in this car park will result in a fine. We are not responsible for the parking here and have no control on extending your time.

Accessing Dickson House on Foot:

Dickson House is opposite Basingstoke train station and bus stops. With the train station behind you, cross over the road and turn left and head past the bus stops. Turn right just after the Londis Store and the entrance to Dickson House medical Centre is a the far end on the right’ Please note the access is restricted due to the building works but there are access tunnels:

1. Entering from the Waitrose end of the road:
When you get to Anytime Fitness Gym you will see in front of it what looks like a tunnel in-between the scaffolding. Following this through and at end very end of this tunnel of scaffolding you will see Dickson House Medical Centre entrance.

2. Entering from the train station or Sainsburys:
Head toward Londis, walk as if you are going into the Londis store and you will see the walkway leading to Dickson House Medical Centre.
