Experience:
Jo started her career working in a Sports Injury clinic and pitch side with Football and Rugby teams. She has previously lectured at the University of Chichester, teaching the Pathophysiology module for Sports Therapy.
Since qualifying as a Physiotherapist Jo has specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has worked in both private and NHS practise. Jo has experience working with patients with a variety of conditions from acute sporting injuries to Rheumatological conditions and persistent pain.
Alongside working in the Physiotherapy clinic, Jo is currently running the Apos Therapy Service at Bedford. Within this clinic she delivers specialist assessment and gait analysis for people with lower limb arthritis. Based on the findings Jo will develop a personalised Apos Therapy programme aiming to improve an individual’s quality of life and reduce pain.
