Experience:
Jean has worked in the NHS and private sector and has over 32 years’ experience. She has worked mainly in the NHS in Birmingham area and Bedfordshire area. She has worked in a number of private Sports Injuries Clinics in both areas over the years.
She has been the Clinical Lead outpatient physiotherapist at Luton and Dunstable Hospital since 1998 and developed the Extended Scope Practitioner (ESP) services in the Hospital and Luton and South Bedfordshire areas from that time and has been the Lead ESP since then. She has worked with many different surgeons over the years and has a special interest in Spinal conditions.
She joined Circle at its’ inception as an MSK service, subcontracting her services through Luton and Dunstable Hospital, to help provide specialist ESP services, referral for diagnostics and injection therapy.
Jean has been involved in lecturing over the years, most recently for the East of England Rheumatology services and mentors Masters students for the University of Hertfordshire for their clinical placement modules.
